The City of Rexburg recruited Soapbox to create an animated video and a live-action video to help inform the public about the City’s snowplowing procedures. The City of Rexburg receives yearly complaints about their snow removal process from concerned citizens. The Soapbox video team set out to remedy this issue by creating videos that better inform the public on why the City removes the snow in the way that they do.

The animation is an informative video that explains the time and money that goes into plowing the city streets. It also gives an overview explanation of how and why these procedures work. The live-action video gives insight into the life of an average snow plow operator, illustrating what they have to go through each time they go out to plow.
